Bellini cocktail
The Bellini is a delicious cocktail of peach and champagne.
Bellini Ingredients :
* Fresh peach,
* Champagne,
* Syrup of sugar cane,
* Raspberries.
Preparation Bellini :
* Cool the flutes,
* Provide a peach and 5 raspberries per glass,
* Put the peaches, raspberries and a dash of sugar syrup per peach in a blender to make a liquid puree,
* Cool the peach nectar in freezeur for at least 30 minutes.
The Bellini coktail is best served in a flute
