Produced on the foundation of the highly successful Cuvee Brut Tradition, the Napoleon Rose champagne is made when a small amount of Pinot Noir is added accordingly.
This is vinified at the time of bottling, and it is this red wine twist which gives this blend its trademark flavour – one that is suitably accompanied by an elegant personality that will have anyone with a love of berries talking.
Why berries? Because the champagne pink Napoleon is perfect alongside a dessert featuring red berries, of course. Equally, you will be pleasantly surprised to learn that this bottle will work just as well as an aperitif.
Assembled from 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Black, the structure of this Rose is something not to be missed.
A succession of fruit flourishes dominate the finish of this impressive wine, and add that much needed character that only Rose possesses.
