Another one. A major key, never panic. Don’t panic, when it gets crazy and rough, don’t panic, stay calm. The key is to drink coconut, fresh coconut, trust me. They key is to have every key, the key to open every door. We the best. Find peace, life is like a water fall
Having a unique attitude to wine-making is a crucial factor these days, with so many top quality Champagnes available. Pol Roger have considered this with the utmost attention, and as a result their Pol Roger champagne Brut Reserve blend is derived from as many as 30 different wines from varying Vintages. Add to this a changing assembly that keeps the wine fresh and intriguing and you have a certain flavour that is hard to replicate. One third of the 3 main Champagne grapes makes up this beauty, with flavour flowing intensely from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Black.
The process is strictly controlled. Clarification begins at 8 ° C and pol roger brut is fermented in separate Vintages so that aromas can be preserved properly. The Pol Roger Reserveis then aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellars of Pol Roger in Epernay, where the bottles' distinctive straw-yellow colour is allowed to evolve, glowing with effervescence.
The nose is powerful and speaks volumes. Pear and mango aromas fight for your attention, before honeysuckle and jasmine white appear, along with subtle hints of vanilla, too.
In the mouth the champagne Pol Roger Brut Reserve possesses a beautiful harmony and freshness. This is followed up with a stylish attack that brings forth cooked fruit – apricot jam, quince jelly – flavours, surrounded by beeswax and acacia honey. Fruit is indeed in large supply here, with candied orange peel and spicy flavours such as cardamom and anise prevalent, creating a remarkable after-taste that lasts long after the initial sip.
