The Cambridge Champagne Company
A new specialist champagne company owned and operated by Ian Jolley from the infamous university town in south England, the Cambridge Champagne Company imports the very best in Boulard champagnes and is looking towards an exciting future.
As Ian (founder) says on the home page, Boulard champagne, though very well regarded by those in the know, is not quite as well known outside of France as one might expect. Enthusiastic about the brand and starting proceedings off with bringing you the consumer four different types of Boulard bubbly, the company looks to be in its infancy right now, but, if you’re a fan of all three champagne variations – Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and of course Chardonnay – check back in a few weeks and hopefully more information regarding what’s on offer should be available. Until then, if you’re yet to decide if Boulard is right for you, have a read about the history of it all and consider what kind of flavours might be to your liking.
